Had a very nice time. Numerous gates with codes for guest protection, can't complain about that. Chairs & umbrellas up each day on beach for us, that was great. Condo is close to many destinations & food locations (although traffic is herendous in July, and restaurants are packed in evenings). Our condo very nice, view great. Needs some maintenance attention if it's going to survive (unplugged sink ourselves). Got busted for leaving some sandy beach items outside the door, but out of the walkway. We are not complaining. We got a good 😃. Would gladly return.

Great room with a great view. The bed was very comfortable. The shower in the master bathroom was huge. White sand beach. A company sets up beach chairs and umbrellas with two chairs available per unit..The beach is a very short walk away. The only disappointment was that the pool and hot tub were closed for the last 3 days we were there. All kinds of eateries and entertainment close at hand. Would love to come back.

Great place. Close to Publix grocery store, huge outlet shopping, movie theatre... Lots of fun stuff for kids to do. Condo #203 is very nice, updated and stocked with everything. Only downside is I wish pool was bigger and not so shaded but love that it's heated.

Visited this past Mother's Day Weekend 2017, Unit 101 was beautifully decorated and very comfortable. Our balcony faced the Gulf, awesome view! Unit had everything we needed including a "Cheese Grater" and of course, plenty of wine glasses, ha! You won't be disappointed...go!

Fantastic location! We loved our stay here in unit 201. Awesome view to wake up and see the waves rolling onto this sugar white beach. Condo had everything we needed and was neat and CLEAN. Great for just a couple or for a whole family!

Management staff SCREAMED at us like we had ran over their first born child not once, but twice. My children 15 y.o. were afraid to even walk down to the pool or beach alone because management were so rude! …

The accommodations were pretty nice, with ample space for my family of 5. Included with the stay is 2 beach chairs and an umbrella, but it's first come, first serve. They will only reserve the beach chairs for owners. Parking is gated and relatively secure. Downside... When we arrived at 2am on Sunday, the unit was 82 degrees, & A/C is broke. They seemed to know about it, because the mechanical closet was open. nonetheless, they couldn't get it fixed until the morning. They had it fixed by 10am, but no follow-up call, and the unit still didn't get to bearable temperature until 10pm. Then, later in the week, when flipping on a bathroom light, a breaker blew. Simple fix, but that's in the mechanical closet too, and so we had to wait until the next morning before the bathrooms had power again. The bathrooms are dated and had mold in the shower. We have our eye on some other properties for our next stay.
